Still waiting for spare key now 5 weeks
Door closer not working still waiting for call back to book in even though this should have been done before collection
Presentation of vehicle on hand over poor not valeted correctly
Had a feed back call and felt I was being fobbed off
Any question I ask of the cars specs every one was unsure. Not sold this car before and have had no training

My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield could have been better because I purchased my car on 12th June it only had one key. I was told that the second key would be sent to me by post in a few days I received a call to say that the second key had been found and would be sent to my home address. Since then I have contacted the Huddersfield branch by phone at least six times and we are now in August and I am still waiting for delivery of said key. Not really good enough. Peter Humble.
